Presented by AAA Associate General Counsel Sasha Carbone and Senior Counsel Tracey Frisch, this Developments in Arbitration Law recorded webinar from September 2017 features case law developments in subject matter areas such as:
- applicable standards for vacatur under state laws as well as the Federal Arbitration Act,
- arbitrability of disputes involving non-signatories,
- U.S. Supreme Court developments and upcoming cases.
Recent court decisions that have considered each of these issues are discussed, and practical guidance is presented.
