CASE PREPARATION & PRESENTATION SKILLS TRAINING

 

This program is designed to teach participants how to become more effective representatives in an arbitration proceeding.  Through lecture, facilitated discussions, interactive exercises, and mock arbitration role-plays, the experienced faculty will examine the following topics:

Who Should Attend?  Labor and management representatives including union representatives, human resources professionals, attorneys, shop stewards, business agents, and individuals who assist advocates in the preparation and presentation of evidence for labor arbitration cases will find the information in this program invaluable.

 

If you are an AAA Panelist please note this program does not satisfy your annual Arbitrator Continuing Education requirement.

 

CLE Information:

It is our understanding that Michigan does not have mandatory CLE requirements and the AAA will not be offering CLE in any other jurisdiction.  Upon request, the AAA can provide a Uniform Certificate of Attendance for individuals to apply for their own state CLE.
