On May 8, 2015, Fordham Law School and the Board of Directors of the American Arbitration Association brought together some of the world’s leaders in resolving conflicts arising from commerce and trade. The presentations at the day-long conference focused on the extent to which real access to justice exists to resolve those conflicts.
This 45-minute presentation, titled Framing the Access to Justice Problem: Steps New York Courts Have Taken, is the first of a five-part video series from the conference.
This program does not qualify for the AAA's annual Arbitrator Continuing Education (ACE) requirement.
