Beth Anne Wolfson

 
Dedham, MA

Ms. Wolfson is a panelist for American Arbitration Association Labor and Commercial Panels.  She arbitrates employment cases, labor cases in private and public sectors, and commercial matters.  Ms. Wolfson has prior experience as a trial lawyer for the National Labor Relations Board, Region One, in Boston for over four years; represented the NLRB's interests in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts; served as Hearing Officer for representation case hearings, and drafted Regional Director decisions for representation cases.   She has over six years of experience as a civil trial lawyer, specializing in insurance defense.

 

Ms. Wolfson is also an Adjunct Faculty member at NESL, teaching Labor Law, and is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Bentley University, teaching courses in Gender & the Law, Current Issues in Labor & Employment Law, and Legal Environment of Business.
