Arbitrating employment disputes for the AAA involving such issues as wrongful
termination, covenants not to compete and severance pay. Since 2000, has
mediated over 450 employment disputes involving issues of wrongful termination,
severance, covenants not to compete, ADA, sexual harassment and discrimination
(sex, age, race, handicap, national origin.) Some of these cases were at the MCAD
where I served as a consultant from 2000-2003. The remainder of the cases have
been since that time through private practice. Also mediating business disputes,
torts, housing cases and issues of public accommodation.
