In addition to serving as an advocate in arbitration proceedings for 25 years, has served as an arbitrator in 100 plus construction cases over the last 22 years. Has served as an arbitrator on both domestic and international cases. As a practitioner, has represented public and private owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, construction managers, developers, insurance carriers, and sureties. Has handled all types of projects, including commercial, telecommunications and fiber- optic networks, energy-related projects (including pipeline, petrochemical, and oil refinery), power and treatment plants, highways and bridges, mining, hotels, luxury high and low-rise residential structures.
