Represents both plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and companies, and members in class actions. Seasoned trial attorney before juries and judges, including 11-month trial involving $18 million debt obligation and multiple partnerships. Established new law in appellate cases. Current arbitration practice and experience has involved a variety of commercial/business matters.

 

For over 25 years, has acted as a neutral or as an adversary in mediations and arbitrations. Has successfully mediated or decided as an arbitrator many multimillion-dollar claims and disputes. Mediations have been on commercial matters in a wide array of industries and concerning diverse claims - settling two-thirds of the cases.  He has also represented clients in multiple mediations involving employment (severance) claims, commercial construction claims, and commercial code claims.
